Why hasn't my order has arrived yet?
---In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please lodge a email with us at ultramarinelife@hotmail.com
It could be a number of reasons. We find it is usually one of the following:
Lost mail
Delayed mail
Incorrect address
Incomplete address
No calling card left by postal contractor
If an item takes longer than 30 days to arrive we’ll reship or refund. extra send a gift for apologies.

How do I process a warranty claim?
---If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail ultramarinelife@hotmail.com quoting your name, order number and details of the product received and send video or photo evidence of the fault and we will rectify doing replace or refund.

PAYMENT
All payments made on ultramarinelife.com are secure and all transactions are in NZ Dollar. But you can pay for your order in any currency. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

TAXES
Non-European Union orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. The cost of local sales taxes and import duties are not included in the purchase price. Like United Kingdom Australia and other Countries VAT Tax require. Therefore, Ultramarinelife are unable to offer a VAT invoice.
