Payments
Our secure buying system is authorised via PayPal or eway (VISA, MasterCard), one of the most respected web payment systems; as used on shopify. Choose your product and click the add to cart button. You will be taken to the payment page. We use the PayPal or shopify payment system which takes payment directly from your bank a/c via your card details.
All prices are in AU Dollar Not including GST (10% or More) and the electronics have other VAT (10%) If you decide to cancel during the process, you will go to a cancellation page so you can be certain your order is not proceeding.
Delivery
ultramarinelife.com (The "Website") will make all reasonable efforts to have the parcels delivered to the Customer Or its designated agent as agreed between the parties pursuant to the Order on or before the estimated delivery date. But the force majeure factors,ultramarinelife.com (The "Website") shall not be liable for
(1) any failure to deliver; or
(2) delay in delivery for any reason; or
(3) any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or except to the extent that such

Problems
In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please submit a support message via our contact page under online page. We will try our best to deal with the problem until you are satisfied.
If your order has taken longer than 30 days and has been lost by postal we will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
1. Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out.
2. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
3. We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Australia Post.

Returns
We accept returns for all purchases that reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date. We can only accept non faulty items returned to us within reasonable time and in resalable condition. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Ultramarinelife cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely, we strongly advise you use an insured and tracked service.
We are unable to accept returned full price products that reach us more than 30 days after the original delivery date, or sale products that reach us more than 14 days after the original delivery date. Please do make sure that we can process your return quickly and easily by ensuring that all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, And fit for re-sale. we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition. Please return the product with reasonable time (accepted 7 days only) Attention Please: We will charge extra 25% restocking fee after except for compensation product price difference
If you donot want have it that It's not about product issues or our service issues. Please return the product with reasonable time (accepted 7 days only) Attention Please: We will charge extra 25% restocking fee, And shipping cost will not refundable. The refund execution will doing within 1-2 (business days) after we received the return back parcel.
If you got faulty item. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please submit a support message via our contact page on button page (shopify inbox). We will then advise on how to proceed. We can only accept non faulty items returned to us within reasonable time and in resalable condition. (limited 30 days from signature) Free return shipping, No restocking fee, And fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are refundable if you show us shipping receipt if you paid. Faulty items we received or offered return back tracking to us. We can do refunds within 1-2 ( Business Days) or Re-ship one in 1-2 ( Business Days). You will received the new parcel within 2-8 ( Business Days)

ACL
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia's Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Distance Selling Regulations
Under the New Zealand's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from ultramarinelife.com for a limited refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Canceled orders are only permitted with prior authorisation of ultramarinelife.com. We have the right to refuse to accept a canceled order for any reason and as such the customer is responsible for all cost and the items are deemed non-returnable for any reason.

We reserve the right to refuse orders not originating from Australia or Australian credit card holders due to high fraud risk.

Warranty Guidelines
ultramarinelife.com hereby warrants to the purchaser that all parts are serviceable and functional. If a part is found to be defective within 30 days from date of invoice, ultramarinelife.com shall at its discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund. Parts not defective, which are returned for any reason, (e.g. ordered wrong year, wrong model, changed mind) may be subject to a restocking charge.
All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt or invoice number. The warranty will be void if the parts are not returned in the same condition they are sold. We shall not be responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase. ultramarinelife.com is not responsible for buyer’s error. No warranty or reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs in.
ultramarinelife.com products are suitable for home or light commercial use. Signs of industrial or intensive commercial use, neglect and malice will exclude any warranty claim.
