We want you to love your Ultramarinelife products. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within the specified periods below, provided the items are in their original, resalable condition.

General Return Window

  • Full Price Items: Must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Sale Items: Must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  • All items must be physically received by us before a refund or replacement is processed.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email sale@ultramarinelife.com with your Order Number and Reason for Return.

  2. Approval: Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship: Send the item back to us.

Customers outside Hong Kong are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs fees.


Important Conditions & Liability

  • Lost in Transit: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Ultramarinelife cannot be held liable for packages lost or misdirected during the return transit.

  • Packaging Care: To prevent damage, please return items in their original packaging. For bags with chain straps, please wrap the chain securely to avoid scratching the leather. Items arriving damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected.

Personalised & Custom Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Change of Mind & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept exchanges 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, resalable condition.

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Defective Items

At Ultramarinelife, we stand by our craftsmanship. If a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Proof of Purchase is required.

  • Free Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the tracking number.

  • Resolution Time: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days; replacements are reshipped within 1-2 business days (delivery in 5-10 business days).

  • Note: General wear and tear or damage due to misuse is not covered. Repairs for such damage may be possible at the customer's expense.

Late or Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch:

  • We will offer a 10% compensation if the parcel is still in transit.

  • Alternatively, we can arrange a reshipment or a full refund immediately.
