What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?

Our standard MOQ depends on the complexity:

*Logo Printing:​ 1000 pcs per model/color.
*Logo Embossing/Laser:​ 500 pcs per model
*Custom Packaging:​ 500 pcs.
*New Mold/Tool Development:​ 2,000 pcs.

Note:We support small-batch trial orders for emerging brands. Contact us to discuss flexible solutions.
Can you provide samples before mass production?

A:​ Yes. We require a sample fee (refundable against future bulk orders) and freight cost. This ensures we produce exactly what you approve.
What is your typical production lead time?

According to specific products you need:
Sample Production:​ 7-10 business days after artwork approval.
Mass Production:​ 15-25 business days upon receipt of deposit and final confirmation.
Rush Service:Available for urgent orders (additional fees may apply).
What artwork files do you accept for branding?

We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), or high-resolution PDF/PSD files (300 DPI minimum).
Do you offer free samples?

We provide free stock samples (without logo printing) for quality checking.
