What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom orders? |
Our standard MOQ depends on the complexity: *Logo Printing: 1000 pcs per model/color. *Logo Embossing/Laser: 500 pcs per model *Custom Packaging: 500 pcs. *New Mold/Tool Development: 2,000 pcs. Note: We support small-batch trial orders for emerging brands. Contact us to discuss flexible solutions. |

Can you provide samples before mass production? |
Yes. We require a sample fee (refundable against future bulk orders) and freight cost. This ensures we produce exactly what you approve. |

What is your typical production lead time? |
According to specific products you need: Sample Production: 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Mass Production: 15-25 business days upon receipt of deposit and final confirmation. Rush Service: Available for urgent orders (additional fees may apply). |

What artwork files do you accept for branding? |
We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), or high-resolution PDF/PSD files (300 DPI minimum). |

Do you offer free samples? |
We provide free stock samples (without logo printing) for quality checking. You only need to cover the international shipping cost via your courier account (DHL/FedEx) or pay us the freight. |

Yes. We maintain a massive inventory across our 11+ series (including Keyboard, Waterproof, Aluminum, Leather, and Silicone). Most standard models are ready to ship within 24-48 hours. |

How do I know your quality is reliable? |
We operate a strict 3-step QC process: Incoming Material Inspection, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Random Inspection (FRI). We comply with CE and RoHS standards. |

What are your payment terms? |
Flexible payment methods: Sample Order: 100% payment via PayPal, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer. Bulk Order: 30% deposit via T/T (Wire Transfer) to start production; 70% balance due before shipment. Alternative: We also accept LC (Letter of Credit) for large orders (over $50,000). |

Which shipping methods do you use? |
We offer both air and sea freight: * By Air: Express (Door-to-Door): DHL, FedEx, UPS (3-5 business days with First Class, 5-7 Business Days with Second Class). * Air Freight: 5-7 days to airport. * Sea Freight: 20-35 days depending on destination port. * Sea Freight ( Door to Door): Per order weight need over 40KG at begin. The shipping cost is relatively affordable. * We can also ship via your designated freight forwarder in China. |

Do you support Amazon FBA shipping? |
