Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Interpretation & Jurisdiction

Company: These Terms govern all transactions on Ultramarinelife.com ("the Site"), operated by Ultramarine Technology Co., Ltd (Hong Kong).

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within NSW, Australia, for any disputes arising from your use of the Site or purchases made herein.

Definitions: "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to Ultramarinelife. "You" and "Your" refer to the user or customer.
2. Pricing, Tax & Payments

Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Tax: Prices displayed exclude GST (10%) and relevant import duties/VAT for international orders. These will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via PayPal and Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.
4. Risk of Loss & Address Accuracy

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit (see Warranty section for claims).

Address Errors: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Change of Mind: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund. Items must be in original, resalable condition.

Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items: If a product is defective, contact us within 30 days. We will cover return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Sale Items: Final sale items or personalized products are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Consumer Guarantees (ACL & NZ Law)

Australia: Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

New Zealand: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you have the right to cancel orders for goods within a reasonable time if they are faulty or not as described.
7. Intellectual Property

Copyright: All content on this Site (images, text, designs) is the property of Ultramarine Technology Co., Ltd and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Exclusion: We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our products.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or high-risk activity, particularly for orders originating from regions with high chargeback rates.
